Go Girls Golf 2026: Feedback Form

Thank you so much for being part of our 13th annual Go Girls Golf Tournament, presented by Harvey’s! We invite you to share your thoughts on this year’s event so we can apply it to the next event and make it even better. Folks that fill out this form can also enter for a chance to win a $50 gift card from Lori and Co.! NOTE: the form is anonymous in nature, but if you choose to be entered in the feedback form prize draw, we will request your name and email to facilitate the draw. This data will be kept entirely separate from feedback form data.
