Bowl for Kids Sake - Registration Form

Thank you for registering your team. Please complete the form for each team you want to register. We ask for a minimum of 4 bowlers per team, a maximum of 6. It is important to have names and emails for each bowler to keep everyone up to date and informed on the event. If you have questions, please email kelly.leach@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca NOTE: if you want to register more than 3 teams, call us and we'll work with you to complete the registration process.
